  Paid our first visit today for lunch and it was fabulous and affordable. The atmosphere is very pleasant, our waitress Darla was awesome, the menu is perfect, and the location is very easy to access. I highly recommend this wonderful eatery if you're in the Newville area.

  Very disappointed. Had visited the restaurant earlier in the week and had the prime rib sandwich which was good. Returned on a Friday night to place a "to go" order. Once again ordered the prime rib sandwich. Waited for almost an hour to get my food even though other patrons who came in after me ordered and got their food and were finished eating before I got my order. I had asked the bartender several times the status of my order but was always told "it was coming." And still I waited. Later I was told by one of the owners (I believe) that they didn't have an explanation for why it took so long to get my food except that they have a very small kitchen and were busy. It still did not explain why everyone around me had gotten their food.
  Once my food arrived, I checked the prime rib sandwich which I had ordered medium rare. The sandwich I received wasn't even close to medium rare so when I said something about it, they took the sandwich back and I received a piece of meat that was medium rare but so tough that it was inedible. Of course I did not know that until I got home.
  In fairness, I received a discount on my food for the delay in receiving it, but it did not make up for the tough, inedible sandwich.
  I may go back and give the restaurant another try because my first experience there was favorable and I like to support local, non-chain restaurants. But I will expect timely prepared, quality food even if the restaurant is busy.
